While traveling along the Oregon coast I made my way to Bandon, Oregon during a low tide. Walking out on the sand I was along to get close to many of the rocks along the shore on a sunny February day. One perspective I like is to get the camera close to the water as in this image. Using a wide angle I let the camera get close to the incoming wave, without trying to get the camera or myself wet at all. With the morning light, I had Face Rock along the coast here as a backdrop and finding a spot on the beach which would put the rock where I wanted it in the image. While I was judging the incoming water with the camera a small group of people were finding it fun to watch me trying to get myself and the camera dry, which was successful on this day.
