A nice day in the Bay Area found me at Ocean Beach in San Francisco. With low tide quickly approaching I was able to walk lower on the beach and watch the patterns being left as the water slid back into the ocean. In this image I got the camera close to the sand being careful where the shadow of my camera showing and not getting too low. The other challenge is being aware of where the water is coming ashore with the camera just above the sand.
